Buying a pre-owned car should feel reassuring, not uncertain. Introducing Cars24's Price Match Guarantee - designed to give you added confidence when booking your car in a changing market.
If you book a car with Cars24 and find a better like-to-like deal from a verified dealer before delivery, we will review it and match the price, subject to policy terms and conditions.
If we're unable to match the price, your token amount will be refunded.
This way, you can go ahead with your purchase without worrying about missing out on a better deal.

Go ahead and reserve your car today by paying the token amount. After booking, if you come across a better eligible offer before delivery, Cars24 will validate it and support you with a price match.
Valid only for eligible cars and verified like-to-like comparisons. Applicable for 10 days from token payment until delivery, whichever is earlier.
What counts as a better deal?
The alternate option must meet all of the following conditions:
- • Same make, model, variant, and year
- • Odometer difference within 5,000 kms
- • No major accident history
- • Comparable warranty, service history, and overall condition
- • Supported by a valid public listing or quotation
- • Offered by a verified organized dealer, with an inventory of more than 100, on Dubizzle
Important things to know
Price match requests are reviewed and approved by the Cars24 validation team.
Price matching may be offered as:
- • A direct price reduction, or
- • Equivalent value through benefits / VAS
Comparison is applicable on the car/listing price only, and excludes convenience fee or other ancillary charges.
