  • For Cars24 Certified Cars (Cars24 Luxe, Cars24 Prime, Cars24 Lite)- Schedule a test drive

  • For 'Private Seller PRO' Cars- craft an irresistible offer, and upon acceptance, proceed to schedule a test drive.

  • For ‘Private Seller’ Cars - Connect with the seller and coordinate for the next steps. You can also request for a detailed car health report from Cars24 experts for a minimum charge for a transparent view of the car’s current condition—helping you make a more confident buying decision

• View or Test drive it: Check out the car, go on a drive, and decide if you’re satisfied with the quality and whether you want to buy it.

  • Cars24 Luxe & Cars24 Prime cars - In Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, you can test drive the car at home. You can also test drive the car at a Cars24 hub in Dubai

  • Cars24 Lite cars - are available for test drive at the Cars24 Hub in Dubai

  • Private Seller PRO & Private Seller cars- are available for test drive at the seller’s premises

• Token Payment: If you want to make this car yours, pay a small token fee and get started on the process to purchase the car. This token fee is adjusted in your final balance payment. You have the option to pay an 'Exclusive token' to exclusively reserve the car for yourself. Alternatively, you can choose a non-exclusive token, which allows you to proceed with the purchase process, but someone else may reserve the car in the meantime, leading to the auto-cancellation of your booking. Cancellation charges may be levied in case you do not proceed with the booking. (Not applicable for ‘Private Seller’ Cars)

• Final payment & delivery: After document verification and loan approval (if needed), proceed with the final balance payment. We will assist you with the paperwork so we can transfer the ownership to you. Your presence may be required at the RTA centre for registration. The car is then delivered to your home OR you can choose to pick it up from the Cars24 Hub. You now have a new car. Congratulations! (Not applicable for ‘Private Seller’ Cars)

• 30 day trial or full refund: While we’re sure that you will love the car, we give you 30 full days to drive it, test it to your heart’s content. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the car price (excluding convenience fee), no questions asked! This policy is ONLY applicable for Cars24 Certified Cars (Cars24 Luxe, Cars24 Prime, Cars24 Lite) that have been driven >1000 km at the time of delivery
