Unless otherwise expressly stated, reservation deposits shall ordinarily remain valid for the period specified by the Company and may be refundable in accordance with the applicable refund policy, subject to deductions for costs already incurred, third-party charges, or legal obligations where applicable.

Where an order is not completed, confirmed, or fulfilled within the specified reservation period due to reasons not attributable to the Company, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with its applicable policies.

For sellers, the Company may use vehicle details, inspection reports, auction data, and related non-personally identifiable transactional information to facilitate valuation, auctions, pricing discovery, or sale optimization through authorized channels, subject to the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

All prices, listings, quotations, valuations, promotional offers, financing illustrations, and related pricing information displayed on the Website are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Vehicle listings displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer and shall not be construed as a binding offer capable of automatic acceptance.
