Nissan has officially launched the all-new Navara Pro across the Middle East, including the UAE. Developed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Nissan in China, the new pickup has been adapted for Gulf driving conditions and targets established rivals such as the Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi L200 and Isuzu D-Max.
The 2026 Nissan Navara Pro arrives with two engine options, a choice of rear suspension configurations for commercial and retail buyers, and an upgraded cabin with modern technology. Nissan says the pickup underwent 1.2 million kilometres of global reliability testing, along with 100,000 kilometres of regional adaptability and durability testing, including validation in the UAE.
2026 Nissan Navara Pro price and availability in the UAE

Nissan has not yet announced the official UAE price of the new Navara Pro. International pricing starts at approximately $25,900 for the petrol version and $23,800 for the diesel model, excluding VAT. These prices translate to roughly AED 95,000 and AED 87,000, respectively, but should not be considered confirmed UAE showroom prices.
The pickup is being offered in petrol and diesel configurations, with different transmission options depending on the engine. Commercial buyers get a leaf-spring rear suspension setup, while retail versions use a multi-link arrangement for improved passenger comfort.
Nissan Navara Pro engine and performance
The 2026 Nissan Navara Pro is available with two turbocharged engine options for Middle Eastern markets. The petrol version uses a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine producing 244 hp and 400 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The diesel variant gets a 2.3-litre turbocharged engine producing 141 hp and 400 Nm. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
Both versions feature a 4WD system with 13 selectable driving modes, allowing drivers to adapt the pickup to different road and terrain conditions. Additional off-road technologies include a rear differential lock, M Lock, Tank Turn and Off-Road Cruise.

The Navara Pro also offers 235mm of ground clearance and an 800mm water-wading depth. Its approach, departure and ramp breakover angles stand at 31 degrees, 26 degrees and 24.7 degrees, respectively. These figures make it suitable for demanding work environments and off-road driving conditions.
Rugged exterior with practical upgrades

The new Nissan Navara Pro features a redesigned front fascia with a prominent three-slot grille, vertically positioned LED headlights and distinctive 3D matrix LED taillights. The pickup measures 5,527mm in length and has a 3,300mm wheelbase.
Retail versions get black 18-inch alloy wheels, while commercial variants use 17-inch steel or alloy wheels, depending on the grade. Other available exterior features include a motorised roll-top cargo cover, damped tailgate and electric rear corner step.
Nissan has also reinforced the pickup's frame using more than 97% high-strength steel, supported by nine crossmembers and additional underbody protection. These upgrades are designed to improve durability when carrying loads and driving over challenging surfaces.
Interior comfort and storage space

Unlike traditional work-focused pickups, the Navara Pro also targets private buyers who want additional comfort and convenience. Retail-focused versions offer genuine leather upholstery, ventilated front seats with memory functions, dual-zone automatic climate control and a panoramic sunroof.
The rear doors open wide to improve access to the cabin, while the 60:40 flip-up rear seats create up to 970 litres of flat rear-floor storage space. Nissan has also included 27 storage compartments throughout the cabin, including a 57-litre storage bin beneath the rear seats.
The different rear suspension arrangements further separate the two configurations. Fleet versions use leaf springs to handle heavier loads, while retail models get a multi-link setup designed to provide a more comfortable ride for passengers.
Digital displays and driver assistance technology

The Navara Pro receives several technology upgrades, depending on the selected grade. Buyers can get either a 12.3-inch or 14.6-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
A 10.2-inch full-TFT digital instrument display provides vehicle information, including tyre pressure monitoring. Other available features include wireless smartphone charging, Arabic and English voice controls and a 12-speaker Focal premium audio system.
One of the standout additions is the 540-degree HD camera system with Invisible Hood View. It provides a better view of the area surrounding and beneath the vehicle, helping drivers navigate narrow spaces and technical off-road sections.
For safety, the pickup comes with six standard airbags and a body structure comprising more than 70% high-strength steel.
Nissan Navara Pro vs Toyota Hilux: What to expect?
The Nissan Navara Pro enters a competitive midsize pickup segment dominated by models such as the Toyota Hilux. Other alternatives include the Mitsubishi L200, Isuzu D-Max and Ford Ranger.
Nissan's new pickup brings a 244 hp turbo-petrol engine, a 4WD system with 13 driving modes and a range of cabin technology features. Its separate fleet and retail configurations also allow it to serve commercial operators and private owners.
The Toyota Hilux, meanwhile, has an established presence in the UAE pickup market. The Navara Pro will need competitive local pricing, equipment levels and after-sales support to attract buyers considering the segment's established choices.
