1. Powerful PHEV engine
One of the top features of the Jetour G700 is its engine and drivetrain. It comes powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine. This ICE unit offers 204 bhp of power and 340 Nm of torque, standalone.
However, Jetour went one step further and added a 34.13 kWh battery that powers the dual electric motors on both axles. This has bumped the total power output to 754 bhp and 795 Nm of torque.
Meanwhile, the plug-in battery can be charged quickly, which provides 138 km of pure electric range. This, combined with the efficient engine, offers a total range upwards of 1,100 km on a single tank of fuel.
It can also sprint 0-100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds, and has a top speed of 180 km/h.

The G700 not only looks butch, but it also comes loaded with some serious equipment to tackle the harsh conditions of the Middle East.
It gets a full-time 4WD system, a high ground clearance of 230 mm, and a water-wading capacity of 900 mm. Not just it, but it also gets an advanced feature, called ‘Tank Turn’, which rotates the car when stuck in a serious situation.
