New Rolls-Royce Spectre Series II: Everything to know
Battery specs, range, and charging

The biggest update on the new Spectre Series II is the new 400V architecture that is shared with the BMW i7. Since Rolls-Royce is owned by BMW, the new Spectre Series II now uses the ‘Gen6’ battery cells, which are denser and 18 percent more efficient.
Not only the range, but the charging time has been reduced by 14 percent for both the Standard and the Black Badge variants. Both variants are powered by the 114.2 kWh battery pack.
The Standard variant now offers 601 bhp and 1015 Nm, which is 16 bhp and 115 Nm more than the previous version, along with a claimed range of 628 km. On the other hand, the Black Badge version offers 680 bhp and 1,100 Nm with a claimed range of 629 km.
Meanwhile, with its 22 kW AC charger, it now takes 5 hours and 45 minutes to charge from 0 to 100 per cent.
Exterior updates

The new Spectre Series II Standard version is now offered with a special Ethereal Blue exterior paint option and the new 23-inch hand-crafted alloy wheels that come in part-polished and fully polished versions.

Meanwhile, the Black Badge now features a new matte black exterior trim, including the Spirit of Esctacy. This trim is called Iced Black.
Interior updates

The cabin experience, albeit the most important for any owner, is now enhanced with the new material palette called Duality Twill. It is a bamboo-based wooden rayon upholstery that gets an ‘RR’ badge embroidered on it.
If you are not satisfied with it, Rolls-Royce will put 25 hours of work, including 2.6 million stitches with 10 miles worth of thread, to craft your specified upholstery. Owners can also get laser-cut seats to reveal the artwork underneath the seats.
On the other hand, the classy dashboard now packs an illuminated panel with 8,108 individual LED pixels, an analogue clock, and infused glass flakes for a shimmering effect.
What is its price and when will it launch?
The exact launch price and other key details of the new Spectre Series II will be unveiled in the coming months. It is expected to arrive in the global market by the end of this year. Middle East customers can expect their cars to get delivered next year.
