Tesla has rolled out a new offer for Cybertruck buyers in the UAE. The brand is offering a free CyberTent worth AED 11,880, inclusive of the cost of the new Tesla Cybertruck purchase. However, this offer comes with its own restrictions, which we explain below.

Tesla Cybertruck free CyberTent offer: Here’s the catch

Tesla’s latest offer includes a single unit of a factory-fitted CyberTent for the Cybertruck. However, this offer comes with certain rules. First, this CyberTent can not be swapped, refunded, or converted into store/vehicle credits.

Not only that, but the CyberTent will only be offered as a “one complimentary unit per eligible order”. This means that a buyer can not order more than one CyberTent under this offer.

Moving on, the biggest restriction is that this offer can only be availed on “CyberTruck Inventory Orders”. These orders can only be placed via Tesla UAE’s inventory page online.

Moreover, the CyberTent does not come separately, but it comes with the Cybertruck. However, it solely depends on the customer how they would like to install it. There are two methods of installation:

• Get it installed from the factory itself. The truck comes with the CyberTent factory-fitted at no additional cost.
• Get it installed post-delivery of the truck. Simply book your appointment through the Tesla mobile app and get it installed within six months of purchase.

With that said, the new CyberTent offer excludes the factory-built-to-order units, test drive units, pre-owned models, and fleet/business models. Moreover, one can order until September 30, 2026, or until the stock lasts. Surprisingly, if the stock gets depleted by the time your order is processed, Tesla is not bound to give you any other accessory or refund.

What is the use of Tesla CyberTent?

The CyberTent, or BaseCamp as Tesla loves to call it, is basically a rear-end rooftop tent that can stretch out to transform the Cybertruck into an all-in-one camping space. The CyberTent has been designed to offer a number of utilities, including the following:

• It mounts directly on the bed rails (L-Tracks) of the Cybertruck, thus making space for two adults to sleep easily without worrying about the ground and weather conditions.
• Uses an air-frame structure that can be installed within 4-5 minutes.
• Works with Cybertruck’s software: offers 120V socket support for appliances, gets HVAC airflow, and gets Tent Mode.
• It features a weather-proof design and it can be wrapped around the boot in an aerodynamic structure that does not hinder the range and performance of the EV substantially.
