What has changed on the 2027 BMW 7 Series facelift?
Exterior design changes

The new 7 Series facelift is a mid-life update, hence it focuses on cosmetic tweaks on the outside. The front fascia now gets the slim dual-LED DRLs, vertical LED headlights, and a new sculpted bumper with a redesigned signature “kidney grille” with horizontal slats.
However, the side profile remains largely unchanged, save for the new alloy wheels, which can be opted for up to 22-inch size. BMW has also introduced new dual-tone colour schemes for the 7 Series facelift.

The rear profile features a set of new LED taillights that are sleeker and sharper in design. The rear bumper has also been updated with a more streamlined design.
Interior updates

On the inside, the new 7 Series features a redesigned dashboard. It now gets the trademark full-width Panoramic iDrive screen under the windshield.
Meanwhile, a new vertical twin-spoke steering wheel and a rhomboidal 17.9-inch infotainment screen. The latter also replaces the physical control switches for the AC and other functions.
A new 14.6-inch entertainment screen for the front passenger has also been added, with features like gaming and more. Both screens now feature the latest BMW Operating System X with OTA update compatibility and AI-assisted commands.
BMW has also added new trim options for customers. The cabin continues using high-grade materials like glass-finishing on the door panels, brushed aluminium controls, and more.
