Renault Boreal SUV: Exterior design and dimensions

The Boreal is based on the new-gen Duster, but it has been stretched to 4,556 mm in length for a spacious cabin and a large cargo area of 586 litres, which can be further expanded up to 1,770 litres by folding the rear seats.

On the outside, it features a sharp and masculine design. The front gets scattered LED lights with a projector headlight setup. The front fascia has a big piano black highlight on the lower portion of the bumper, along with the LED foglights.

The side profile of the car looks unique and mimics a 7-seater SUV with bold shoulder lines and 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. The rear door handles are neatly integrated into the C-pillar as well.
At the rear, it gets a roof-mounted spoiler with a sloping design. The sharp C-shaped LED taillights are complemented by a lifted boot lid and a sporty bumper.

The cabin of the Boreal offers a premium touch of luxury and advanced technology. The dashboard gets twin 10-inch displays, which include the digital cockpit and the infotainment screen.

Additionally, there is a flex fuel engine option as well, which is also based on the new 1.3-litre unit. It develops 163 bhp and 270 Nm of peak power and torque. All of the powertrain options are mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Renault Boreal SUV: UAE launch time
While Renault has not revealed the exact launch details and the timelines for the global market, the Boreal is initially going to be sold in Brazil.
