What has changed in the 2026 Nissan Sentra?

Nissan has introduced the updated Sentra sedan in the US. With the latest update, the new Sentra has brought a new, aggressive design language with a piano black grille and new connected LED lights.

The overall silhouette of the car is sporty, and it has a sloping roofline for a youthful appearance. To add more, Nissan is offering dual-tone exterior colour options on the top-level trims - of course, at an additional price.

Interiors and features

Moving inside, it gets an all-new interior design with a new dashboard that has a dual connected screen display and a two-spoke steering wheel. Even the base variant is loaded with a 7-inch digital speedometer display.

Nissan has draped the cabin in leather upholstery and premium materials to give it a more luxurious feel. Additionally, it gets a load of new features, including the following:

Engine specs

Powering the new Nissan Sentra is the tried and tested 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, which is mated to a CVT transmission. It delivers 149 bhp of power and 198 Nm of torque. Nissan quotes that this engine has been tuned for efficiency and smooth performance.

When will it launch in the UAE?

The new Nissan Sentra could possibly be introduced in the UAE and the other Middle Eastern markets by early 2026. It is available in four variants in the US, which are priced as below:

• S - AED 82,256
• SV - AED 89,665
• SR - AED 96,385
• SL - AED 107,365
