Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory Dubai Police car details

Unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market 2025, the new Cullinan Mansory Edition has been specifically crafted for the Dubai Police department's patroling duties.
Mansory is a Germany-based tuner agency which is known to collaborate with top luxury car brands like Rolls-Royce to produce special edition cars with more power and luxury.
Speaking of the Cullinan Mansory police car, it is draped in the special white-green Dubai Police livery, which is also seen on the other luxury and performance police cars.
The Cullinan is the second Mansory Edition car to join the Dubai Police. Earlier, a Mercedes-AMG G63 also joined the patrol fleet of Dubai RTA.
What's special?

The Cullinan Mansory uses a special body kit, which has been specifically crafted to enhance performance, improve stability, and distinctive outlook.
Additionally, it gets the iconic white-green paint livery for Dubai Police and neatly integrated emergency lights on the top, which are designed for performance and high-speed stability.
Apart from the body kit, it gets the dual-tone Mansory-spec alloy wheels with low-profile rubber and high-performance tyres to showcase the quick performance.
On the inside, it gets a white and green leather upholstery combination and the standard features like the hand-stitched leather, customised seats and advanced tech like Level 2 ADAS, digital cockpit, and more.

Engine and performance
Powering the Dubai Police's Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory is the mammoth 6.75-litre, twin-turbo, V12 petrol engine, which is further coupled with a 10-speed gearbox.
This powertrain generates 610 bhp of peak power with the special Mansory tuning for the ECU and gearbox.
The 0-100 km/h is achieved in 5 seconds flat, while the top speed is a whopping 280 km/h.
