Tesla Model Y Performance: Battery, specs, range

Speaking of the most important fact, the Model Y Performance is based on the ‘Performance 4DU’ electric motors, paired to an AWD system. While the brand has not released the official details, online reports hint that this has the same powertrain as the Model 3 AWD.

Speaking of the power specs, the US-spec car is believed to be producing 510 bhp, while the European-spec model will offer 460 bhp. With that said, it can sprint 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, whilst the claimed range stands at 580 km (WLTP cycle).

It has a more aerodynamic bumper, a diffuser-styler rear bumper, staggered lightweight 21-inch alloy wheels, and new Drive Modes to enhance the driving experience. Moreover, it also gets the red brake calipers to enhance its sporty outlook.
