Nissan Patrol gets Klipsch sound system - Details

Nissan launched the new-generation Patrol in the UAE last year with all bells and whistles, including luxury features like the rear seat entertainment screens and a premium sound system. However, the brand has now introduced an all-new 12-speaker Klipsch sound system on select trims of the Patrol, elevating the overall luxury quotient of the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 rival.

Speaking of the details, the new Klipsch sound system has been exclusively added to three variants of the Nissan Patrol. These include: Patrol V6T Platinum, Patrol PRO-4X and Patrol NISMO.

The new Klipsch sound system has been exclusively developed in collaboration with Panasonic Automotive for the Patrol SUV. The sound system includes a 12-channel setup with a 600-watt amplifier. This is further paired with 12 speakers and 1-inch titanium tweeters delivering crisp audio and powerful new mid-bass drivers.

Klipsch and Panasonic engineers did not just stop here. They have designed the sound system as per the interior design of the Patrol, so that the sound experience remains equivalent irrespective of the seating position. Even the subwoofer has been redesigned for an improved low-end sound.

Nissan offers a massive 28.6-inch Monolith display at the front and twin rear entertainment screens for the rear passengers. With the new audio system, the cabin experience will reach to a whole new level.

What is the cost of the Klipsch sound system?

Nissan has embedded the Klipsch sound system on the top three trims of the new Patrol SUV. The cost of this system is already included in the sticker price of the selected Nissan Patrol trim.
