Â
What has changed on the 2026 Nissan Z facelift?
Â

Â
The Farilady Z remains one of the most beautiful and potent entry-level two-door sports cars in the world. It is already on sale in the international market, including the UAE, and now it has been revamped for MY2026 with visual updates.
Â
Nissan has unveiled the facelifted Z at the ongoing 2026 Tokyo Auto Salon, where the new model was previewed with a new front bumper that makes it more aerodynamic, new dual-tone lightweight alloy wheels, and an all-new tan brown-black dual-tone leather upholstery.
Â

Â
With these changes, the Nissan Z facelift also gets a new Green exterior paint. This paint is further accentuated by the Unryu Green colour alloy wheels, which are inspired by the Grand Prix Green colour available on the original S30 model.
Â

Â
Meanwhile, Nissan also claims that the new front bumper has reduced the front lift by 3.3 percent, while the aero drag has been cut by 1.0 percent. On the other hand, the interiors of the Z facelift do not offer any changes, save for the new colour scheme that makes it more elegant and upmarket.
Â
What powers the 2026 Nissan Z facelift?
Â

Â
Since the new Z facelift is merely a visual update, the car is mechanically unaltered. It continues to be powered by the 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 (VR30DDTT) petrol engine that makes 400 bhp of peak power and 475 Nm of torque.
Â
The Z facelift remains a rear-wheel drive sports car, which is paired with a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic transmission. The Nismo variant, which is yet to be revealed, produces 420 bhp and offers a sports kit with enhanced aerodynamics and improved performance.
Â
When will it launch in the UAE?
Â
As of now, Nissan plans to launch it in Japan first. The official price announcement in Japan will take place by mid-2026. However, the brand will launch the updated model in the international markets, including the UAE, by the end of this year.
Â
The current Nissan Z is priced at AED 449,900 for the base variant, and we suspect that the new model will be similarly positioned as well.
Â
Cars24 UAE says
Â
The updated Nissan Z facelift gets a revised styling and a new interior theme to give it a refreshing feel. However, it remains as competent as ever, while retaining its RWD charm and a powerful engine that is tuner-friendly worldwide.
