What is the 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Nasu Edition?
Earlier this year, Toyota launched the new-generation Corolla Cross in the US. The new model has now been spec'd for the upcoming SEMA Show 2025, which will take place from November 4-7 in Los Angeles, USA.
This special iteration of the SUV has taken its inspiration from Mt. Nasu in Japan, which is known for its scenic beauty and beautiful trails. Hence, this one-off show car has undergone several changes to make it stand out from the crowd.
On the outside, it gets a special ‘Purple’ paint shade that has an ‘eggplant’ effect. Its colour changes to the shades of yellow, red, and orange, depending on the angle and sunlight reflections. Moreover, there are black ‘Nasu’ badges with Mt. Nasu silhouette on the body panels.
Moreover, it gets a lifted suspension, Toyo truck tyres, and special Toyota Open Century II AT wheels to match its off-road outlook. Toyota’s Service Parts and Accessories Department (SPAD) has also equipped it with the rock sliders, roof rack, and cargo basket.
On the inside, it features a custom drawer system in the cargo compartment and the refrigerator tray. The interiors are illuminated with additional lights, while a lightbar is fitted on the outside to offer better illumination at night.
Powering the 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Nasu Edition is the 2.0-litre hybrid engine that offers 196 bhp and over 20 km/l of mileage.
Sadly, Toyota has no plans to launch this one-off car. However, customers can modify their personal Corolla Cross SUVs with similar modifications by taking the reference from the Nasu Edition.
