All of this construction is a part of the mega Umm Suqeim Al Qudra corridor that is 16 km in length.
This project is being built between Jumeirah Street and Emirates Road. It consists of tunnels and the revamping of roundabouts and roads for ease of traffic. It will include the construction of four bridges and three tunnels, which together will be 4.1 kilometres long.
This road project will revamp six key intersections that include the Umm Suqeim Street, Jumeirah Street, Al Wasl Street, Sheikh Zayed Road, First Al Khail Street, Al Asayel Street, and Al Khail Road.
