What to expect from the upcoming Nissan Navara PRO?

Exterior design

Nissan unveiled the Navara pickup truck in 2025 for the global market. It was initially introduced in China, and the prominent markets like Thailand and Australia, where pickup trucks are more popular.

Navara is a China-made Nissan product, as the company works in collaboration with Dongfeng. The Navara PRO is the range-topping version, which offers a rugged build and top-notch performance.

On the outside, the Navara PRO features the conventional, bulky design of a pickup truck. It has an upright stance and a long loading bed for utility purposes, whereas the four-door cabin offers the utmost practicality for family use.

The exterior styling of the Navara PRO also features the modern bits, including the LED headlights with sleek DRLs, a wider grille with the Nissan logo. The rear features the vertical LED taillights and Navara lettering on the tailgate.

Interior and features

The Nissan Navara PRO’s cabin focuses on comfort and modern appeal. It boasts a car-like dashboard and driving ergonomics, which have been designed to offer a comfortable driving experience.

The all-black interior theme is accentuated by the leather seats, a leather steering wheel with physical control buttons, soft-touch material on the door pads, and modern bits like a 7-inch digital driver display, a 9-inch floating infotainment screen, wireless connectivity, wireless charging, dual-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, and more.

Engine specs

Powering the Navara PRO is a 2.4-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel engine that develops 201 bhp and 470 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed automatic transmission. A 4WD drivetrain is a standard fitment, and it offers a towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes, thus placing it against the Toyota Hilux head-on.

When will the Nissan Navara PRO launch in the UAE?

Nissan is yet to reveal the official launch date of the Navara PRO for the UAE. We expect it to be introduced in the coming weeks.

What will be its price?

The new Nissan Navara PRO is expected to be priced around AED 132,000-135,000. For reference, the Toyota Hilux GR Sport is priced at AED 169,900 in the UAE.
