2026 Audi Q3 - New design

This is the third generation of the Q3 entry-level SUV from Audi. With the new-gen model, the design of the Q3 has now fallen in line with the latest design philosophy, which is seen on the recently launched Q5 as well.

It looks like a scaled-down version of the new Audi Q5, as it features a new split LED headlamp setup and a large honeycomb grille with the Audi logo.

Highlighting its nose design are the new pixel LED DRLs and the Matrix LED headlamps, which use 25,600 micro-LED lights, each one equal to the thickness of a human hair.

The side profile incorporates a sloping roof, body-coloured side skirts, and bold shoulder lines. Additionally, the new Q3 is available with new alloy wheel sizes, ranging from R17 to R20, depending on the variant.

The rear profile shape is also unique as it now features a new set of split LED taillights, which are customisable as per the customer's requirements. The customisation option helps in opting for 6 various design patterns.

Moreover, the Audi logo is illuminated at the rear, along the new connected LED strip. The rear bumper is also new, and it does not bear the fake exhaust tips like the outgoing model.

2026 Audi Q3 - Interior and features

The completely redesigned cabin of the new Audi Q3 offers a similar layout to the new Q5. The overall cabin theme has changed with the redesigned dashboard, a new double-D cut steering wheel and a big connected screen panel.

Moreover, Audi has moved the gear selector to the steering column to free space in the central area. This has led to a unique stalk invention, which features the wiper and turn indicator controls altogether.

The connected screen panel embeds a digital 11.9-inch instrument console and a 12.8-inch infotainment screen. 

The smart features include wireless smartphone features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charging, ambient lighting, electrically operated boot, level 2 ADAS, voice commands, panoramic sunroof, electric seats with memory function, seat ventilation/heating, and more. 

Audi has also replaced the physical buttons for the multimedia and cruise control on the steering wheel with new touch-controls.

2026 Audi Q3 - Engine specifications

Audi is offering the new-gen Q3 with a variety of engine options, which include a new 1.5L turbo-petrol engine, developing 150 bhp and featuring the twin-cylinder deactivation technology. 

Then, for the mid-spec and top-spec variants, Audi has a 2.0L TFSI petrol engine, which develops 265 bhp and offers the AWD Quattro as standard.

Meanwhile, the 2.0L turbo-diesel engine is also being offered with a standard 2WD configuration, which develops 150 bhp of peak power.

All of the above ICE engine options are paired with the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Moreover, Audi is also offering a PHEV (plug-in hybrid) 1.5L TFSI engine, which makes 272 bhp combined with an electric motor at the rear axle.

2026 Audi Q3 - UAE launch and price

The new-gen Audi Q3 is expected to arrive in the international markets in September 2025. UAE launch of the new-gen Audi Q3 is expected by November 2025.

As the third-gen Q3 offers a substantial upgrade from the outgoing model, we are expecting it to be offered at a marginally higher price than the old model. The expected price for the new-gen 2026 Audi Q3 is AED 230,000 to AED 270,000.
