2026 Lexus ES - Changes to expect

Ahead of its official unveiling on April 23, Lexus has shared a teaser image for the eighth-gen ES sedan. The image shows the new, more aggressive, and sharp styling of the popular Lexus sedan model.

The front fascia is expected to get boomerang LED lights with a connected lightbar and a revised bumper styling with bigger aero dams.

On the side profile, the new model will feature a rakish roofline, which will add to its sporty and aerodynamic appeal. Additionally, a set of new alloy wheels and flush-type door handles will add to its seamless design.

The rear design will feature a set of new sleek and more aggressive LED lights, which will be connected via a lightbar on the boot lid.

New cabin and better features

On the inside, the new ES will feature a revised dashboard design, along with new centre console and door pads. The seats are likely to get a revamp as well, for better cushioning and support.

As we saw on the 2025 Camry, the new ES will also feature a new digital console and a connected screen display for the infotainment system. Other features which might change shall include the likes of new ambient lights, new music system, and more wireless connectivity options.

Lexus is also likely to add new safety features on the updated ES, which might include the level 2 ADAS suite with more advanced features, improved build quality, and more.

2026 Lexus ES engine options

The teaser image shows the upcoming model with a charging port on the front fender. This hints towards the new EV powertrain options.

A few online reports also suggest that Lexus has registered the new ES350e and ES500e names for the EV models of the new ES. 

Subsequently, the strong-hybrid motor with the 2.5-litre engine will continue to be offered on the new model as well.

2026 Lexus ES - UAE launch and price

The Lexus ES is one of the most popular and in-demand luxury sedan cars in the UAE. The introduction of the new-gen model is inevitable hence.
