Hyundai Ioniq 6 N Line: Performance and specifications

Powering the new Ioniq 6 N Line is a new BMS (Battery Management System) that offers optimal thermal efficiency and high-speed performance. 

While the complete details regarding the battery specifications have not been revealed, the Ioniq 6 N Line does 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 257 km/h.

Meanwhile, powering all four wheels is a dual-motor setup that offers 650 bhp of peak power and 770 Nm of peak torque.

Hyundai has also equipped the Ioniq 6 N Line with an N Launch Control System for quick start off the line.

Additionally, the Ioniq 6 N Line features a reworked suspension geometry, new stroke-sensing ECS dampers, and a low roll centre for improved handling. 

Hyundai Ioniq 6 N Line: Design and features

In terms of design updates, the Ioniq 6 N Line is equipped with a sporty body kit that aids the aerodynamics of the vehicle. 

Alongside the front lip splitter, side skirts, it also gets a big wing that offers downforce and improved handling.

Additionally, Hyundai has improved the wheel arches for more downforce and improved cornering. The complete bodywork has been curated for a better driving feel. 

Visually, it also gets the unique Performance Blue Pearl colour, which is matched with the contrasting piano black and red highlights.

The interiors of the Ioniq 6 N line get a sporty treatment with Alcantara leather, N Line steering wheel, aluminium pedals, N Line seat embroidery, N Line race seats, and blue stitching inside the cabin.

On the features front, it is equipped with a N e-Shift system that stimulates a feeling similar to the gear changes on a combustion engine. 

Additionally, aural experience is enhanced with the N Active Sound+ that offers various sound designs, including motorsport-style acoustics, and more.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 N Line: UAE launch and rivals

As of now, Hyundai has not revealed the debut timeline of the Ioniq 6 N Line for the global market. However, we suspect that it will launch in the UAE by the second half of 2026. Before the N Line, Hyundai is expected to launch the standard Ioniq 6 EV in the UAE early next year.

Once launched, the Ioniq 6 will compete with the Tesla Model 3 globally as well as in the UAE car market. The Tesla Model 3 is a more family-centric EV, whilst the Ioniq 6 N Line will offer practicality and a performance package.
