As per the latest announcement made by Nissan, the Magnite crossover sold in the Middle Eastern market, specifically in Saudi Arabia, has been reported and recalled for braking-related issues.

 

Nissan manufactures the Magnite in India and then exports it to the LHD and RHD markets, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The recall has been made for a total of 1,552 units, and the respective owners have been identified and notified as well.

 

Since it is a big road safety threat, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce has also stepped in and made a public announcement over various platforms to inform the Magnite owners.

 

Speaking of the details, the company is offering a free checkup and replacement of the brakes of the concerned models. The customers of each unit shall be contacted individually, and the replacement will be done at their convenience.
